Andjoy is an individual service and as such it can only be used by you. This is why the representatives working in the sports establishment you have chosen to attend, will require you to show your ID or driver’s license (or other approved by law official identification document) if you didn’t upload your photo in your profile in the app. These representatives do not write down your personal data from the document you have provided and do not use it in any way, other than to identify you when you visit their premises. According to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, this action cannot be considered as processing of personal data, as it does not constitute: “an operation or set of operations performed with personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or other means by which the data becomes available, arranged or combined, restricted, deleted or destroyed” within the meaning of the Regulation.
